🎯

  • 7+ років досвіду в L&D або організаційному розвитку (бажано в складних структурах чи освітніх організаціях).
  • Практичний досвід побудови L&D-функцій або комплексних програм розвитку.
  • Досвід розробки та впровадження моделей компетенцій і систем оцінки.
  • Знання сучасних методів та інструментів L&D (LMS, e-learning, blended learning).
  • Розуміння світових практик розвитку лідерства й управління талантами.
  • Сильні комунікаційні навички, здатність працювати зі стейкхолдерами різного рівня.
  • Англійська – не нижче Upper-Intermediate (робоча мова для програм та матеріалів).

Responsibilities

  • Розробка та впровадження L&D-стратегії для всієї екосистеми компанії.
  • Побудова архітектури навчання: компетенції, карти розвитку, програми під різні рівні та функції.
  • Участь у проєкті розробки та впровадження моделі компетенцій і системи оцінки.
  • Методологічна та методична робота: створення політик, рекомендацій, консультування менеджерів.
  • Співпраця з Бізнес-школою компанії для розробки та узгодження планів і програм навчання, інтеграції корпоративних та академічних практик у систему розвитку співробітників.
  • Планування та організація програм розвитку керівників (від first-time managers до senior leadership).
  • Впровадження LMS та запуск e-learning програм: підбір платформи, закупівля/розробка курсів.
  • Залучення внутрішніх і зовнішніх експертів для проведення тренінгів і воркшопів.
  • Співпраця з освітніми юнітами компанії для обміну знаннями між викладачами та персоналом.
  • Аналіз ефективності програм навчання та адаптація відповідно до потреб організації.
