  • Higher education – required, preferably – economics, finance;
  • Experience in transactional business – from 1 year (banks, financial companies);
  • Experience in the field of sales of payment solutions and customer support;
  • Professional user of Excel – formulas, summary tables, and graphs.

Responsibilities

  • Search and attraction of customers in the B2B segment;
  • Communication with potential customers, holding meetings (online and offline format), identifying customer needs;
  • Formation of commercial proposals and client expectations;
  • Customer support at all stages;
  • Coordination of the legal side of the interaction;
  • Launch of work and adaptation of the client at the start.

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, including at least 1 year in a lead or mentoring role.
  • Proven track record designing complex B2B enterprise platforms — portfolio demonstrates both strategic thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in fast-paced and iterative environments; comfortable with prototyping, testing, and refining ideas quickly.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and customer experience (CX) best practices, with the ability to translate user and business needs into intuitive, end-to-end digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and a desire to be fully involved in the product development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and hands-on experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
