Hi all!
We are looking for an HR Lead for our client — a product company with 10+ years in the video content market for E-Commerce. The company has about 60 employees. The main task is control over all aspects of practice and processes in the field of personnel management. The HR Lead is the go-to person for all employee-related matters, such as job development, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and talent management.

Cooperation format priority is full-time work in the office, after the end of the probationary period there will be the opportunity to work 1-2 days remotely, but residence in Vinnytsia is required.

Important experience and strong leadership qualities to manage a Team composition — 1 HR, 1 Recruiter, 1 Office manager and 1 Accountant.
We expect
- At least 6 years of working experience in HR in a software IT company.
- 3 years of working experience in product IT company.
- 3+ years as HR Lead/HRD.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems, recruitment companies, and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Working in an international company, very good at speaking and writing English.
Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process. The share of recruiting tasks in general duties 40%
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
