Hello Friend!

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for our client – an international fintech company from Ukraine.

This product company has created and is developing its own payment system for any online business. Its main feature as a payment service provider is the possibility of creating custom solutions and working according to the client care principle at every stage of interaction with the client, from connection requests to integration and transaction support. Clients are online stores, marketplaces, banks, insurance companies, charitable organizations, and other companies with online payment transactions. They work worldwide, make payments understandable and accessible, and do not plan to stop there and continue their journey to the moon.

Regularly participate in top international fintech, e-commerce, crypto-conferences, meetings in Ukraine and abroad – you will be on the wave of modern fin-tech trends)

We expect

🎯

  • 2 years of experience as a BizDev / Head of BD in the payment industry: PSP, aggregators, acquiring banks, principals, financial companies;
  • Direct business contacts in the European and global market (PSP, aggregators, APM, principals, etc.);
  • Deep understanding of the payment market, card processing, and alternative payment methods (APM);
  • Knowledge of the logic of building payment solutions – from connection to production;
  • Understanding of AML/KYC requirements, participation in building compliant structures;
  • Proactivity, ability to negotiate, attention to detail, and focus on results;
  • English – at level B2/C1 and above;
  • Willingness for business trips and participation in international events (SiGMA, iGB, etc.).
  • Professional user of Excel – formulas, summary tables and graphs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Search and launch of new payment partners: acquirers, PSP, APM, principals, financial companies;
  • Negotiations, support and closing of deals;
  • Participation in building legal models and payment infrastructure;
  • Deal management from first contact to contract signing and launch;
  • Initiative in entering new markets, testing innovative payment solutions.
