We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for our client – an international fintech company from Ukraine.

This product company has created and is developing its own payment system for any online business. Its main feature as a payment service provider is the possibility of creating custom solutions and working according to the client care principle at every stage of interaction with the client, from connection requests to integration and transaction support. Clients are online stores, marketplaces, banks, insurance companies, charitable organizations, and other companies with online payment transactions. They work worldwide, make payments understandable and accessible, and do not plan to stop there and continue their journey to the moon.

Regularly participate in top international fintech, e-commerce, crypto-conferences, meetings in Ukraine and abroad – you will be on the wave of modern fin-tech trends)

We expect

🎯

  • Higher education – required, preferably – economics, finance;
  • Work experience in transactional business – must have from 1 year (banks, financial companies);
  • Professional user of Excel – formulas, summary tables and graphs.

 

Responsibilities

💼

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships;
  • Full support of all stages of the process — from attracting a potential partner and negotiations to signing the contract and launching;
  • Attracting new acquiring banks/or PSPs;
  • Development of legal models of building a business;
  • Meetings with clients face-to-face or over the phone.

  • Market expertise (knowledge and understanding of consumer electronics market specifics, market structure, channel specifics, sales trends, principles of category management, sell-in, sell-out management tools, principles of merchandising).

Responsibilities

  • Participates in development and implements company GTM strategy for the responsible territory;
  • Develops and implements channel strategy based on company targets: identifies key sales drivers by channel, partner;
  • Participates in development of commercial conditions;
  • Identifies key actions to achieve company targets in Revenue and Profit;
  • Develops and launches short and long term plan of sell out activities with key partners;
  • Paricipates in development and implementation of marketing communications;
  • Activates new partners;
  • Manages channel inventory in line with company targets;
  • Develops efficient relationship with key partners;
  • Provides regular reporting on business, market development.
