We provide service to 500+ companies worldwide, from Australia to North America. Our professional team works fully remote from Kyiv, Berlin, Lviv, and Tel Aviv. Our goal is to make the most convenient tool for working with the OKR methodology for Enterprise level companies.
Project – OKR software integrated into Jira workplace.

– We have a professional with a clearly defined strategy
– High seniority level of the team, 13 people: 3 marketing, 2 product, 4 developers, DevOps, QA, СТО, СЕО
– Full remote (team spread over 4 countries)
We expect
– Experience in developing services in Java 4+ years
– Experience with Kotlin and Kotlin Coroutines [Big plus]
– Experience with Jira, Confluence
– Deep knowledge in JVM architecture
– Strong knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot
– Experience in developing large-scale services with complex functionality
– Knowledge of classical algorithms and data structures
– Knowledge of design patterns
Nice to have
– Understanding Vue.js working principles
– We use an agile Scrum development methodology

– Frontend – JavaScript: Vue.js
– Java backend: Kotlin, Spring/Spring Boot, Kafka
– Databases: AWS, GCP, MySQL, JPA
– CI/CD: Git, Gradle/Maven, Docker, Kubernetes
– Jira – to manage development tasks
Responsibilities
– Development of Cloud and Server versions of the application
– Development of new functionality and support/refactoring of the current – application functionality for JIRA
– Writing readable and working code
– Code coverage with unit tests
– Collaborate with the product team
– Take responsibility for controlling the development and deployment of the product to improve the quality of the project
– It is important to have a desire to understand the product thoroughly.
– In the future, there will be an opportunity to help the product team develop the product, work on new features, work out requirements and design with the team and customers and implement them.
