Team Lead UX/UI, Product Designer
Hi all!
We are looking for a Team Lead UX/UI, Product Designer to join our client, fast-moving product team and lead the user-centered design direction of our CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platform.
As a UX/UI Design Lead, you will be both a strong individual contributor and a mentor to a team. You will drive the design process across the full product development lifecycle — from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery. You’ll own design quality and consistency, shape the team’s design culture, and be the voice of design in cross-functional collaboration.
The product telecommunications company is a transit provider of voice and SMS traffic, as well as several lines of business, so the company brings stable income, but at the same time it has not lost the lightness and flexibility of a startup.
The main products are the MessageWhiz – Messaging Platform and Call Centre Connect. The company’s clients are large international companies and corporations that use the SMS platform to develop and improve their own business.
The company was founded in 2007 with a mission to provide intelligent communication solutions for organizations of all sizes. Initial products focused on global voice connections, but they later expanded their product offering to include messaging, fax, and chat. With a head office in a high-tech hub located around Tel Aviv and offices in Sofia and Kyiv, they are able to attract the best technical and business personnel who are focused on providing the highest quality services to their partners and customers. They are proud to be chosen by many global Tier 1 companies from over 100 countries to meet their business-critical communications needs.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and a desire to be fully involved in the product development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and hands-on experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Good communication and presentation skills — able to advocate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
