  • Досвід роботи у фінансах/бухгалтерії від 5 років.
  • Досвід роботи на аналогічній позиції.
  • Досвід роботи з 1с на рівні автоматизації управлінської звітності. 
  • Володіння англійською мовою на рівні В1 і вище.

Responsibilities

💼

  • Eчасть у подачі грантових заявок – заповнення чек-листів, перевірка кошторисів та проходження процедур compliance.
  • Складання управлінської звітності під час реалізації проектів і здійснення процедур внутрішнього контролю.
  • Ведення платіжного календарю проекту, погодження умов договорів, складання звітності, перевірка обліку витрат. 
  • Супровід аудитів і моніторингів проектів.
  • Тісна співпраця з бухгалтерією та проектними менеджерами для дотримання вимог донорів і діючого законодавства.
  • Участь у складанні та автоматизації управлінської звітності.

  • Higher education – required, preferably – economics, finance;
  • Experience in transactional business – from 1 year (banks, financial companies);
  • Experience in the field of sales of payment solutions and customer support;
  • Professional user of Excel – formulas, summary tables, and graphs.

Responsibilities

  • Search and attraction of customers in the B2B segment;
  • Communication with potential customers, holding meetings (online and offline format), identifying customer needs;
  • Formation of commercial proposals and client expectations;
  • Customer support at all stages;
  • Coordination of the legal side of the interaction;
  • Launch of work and adaptation of the client at the start.

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree (economics, jurisprudence, finance, business management or similar);
  • previous experience in the Financial Services industry, with a track record in Compliance, Corporate KYC, AML, and Screening, experience in crypto related projects would be an asset;
  • fluent in English and Polish while Ukrainian or Russian would be an asset;
  • meticulous work ethic, with attention to detail and service orientation;
  • great communicator, able to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels.

  • Prepare and update internal policies and procedures, instructions implement it into companies processes.

  • Аналітика прибутковості у розрізі валют з чітким розумінням комісійної винагороди та курсової різниці; 
  • Формування звітності BS, CF, P&L;
  • Участь у проекті автоматизації процесу обліку.
