Executive Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for our client – an international company, developer, and manufacturer of smart TVs and TV services. Selling products in European and Asian markets. Developing our own software with an intuitive interface.

Our ideal candidate is fluent in English and Ukrainian, has experience working as a personal assistant or travel manager and is willing to travel abroad.
The main task is the daily support of the general director and ensuring the comfort of the office in Budapest. The previous assistant is already ready to transfer responsibilities and adjust work processes because he already has a position for development and growth in the same company)

We expect

🎯 

  • Work experience in similar administrative positions: secretary of the general director, office manager, travel manager and executive assistant;
  • Fluency in English (negotiations, business correspondence);
  • Ability to plan and set priorities;
  • Business self-presentation skills;
  • Experience with MS Office products;
  • Organization, independence, attentiveness;
  • Ability to travel to EU and non-EU countries.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the Hungarian.

Responsibilities

💼

  • Managing the CEO’s daily schedule, coordinating his work calendar and monitoring important dates and events;
  • Planning and organizing both business and personal trips of the CEO and top management, including booking tickets and hotels, organizing transfers, booking tables in restaurants, etc.;
  • Helping the CEO in organizing meetings and negotiations. Support during business trips to EU countries, Asia, and the USA;
  • Organization of pleasant team events (several times a month) and corporate celebrations (4 times a year). Happy birthdays and other important events in the life of employees;
  • Organization and control of office activities. Interaction with subcontractors or the purchase of everything necessary to ensure comfortable work: from consumables to water and office goodies);
  • Organization of periodic seasonal cleaning of the office and control of the daily work of the cleaner.
