We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for our client – an international fintech company from Ukraine.

This is a product company that has created and is developing its payment system for any online business. Its main feature as a payment service provider is the possibility of creating custom solutions and working according to the client care principle at every stage of interaction with the client, from connection requests to integration and transaction support. Clients are online stores, marketplaces, banks, insurance companies, charitable organizations, and any other companies with online payment operations. They work worldwide, make payments understandable and accessible, and do not plan to stop there and continue their journey to the moon.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for attracting and developing clients in the field of crypto processing and fintech solutions.
The role involves active work with incoming and outgoing leads, conducting product presentations, supporting clients at all stages of the transaction and participating in sales development.

Working in a fast-growing company focused on the international market, with a focus on B2B clients.

We expect

🎯

  • Higher education – required, preferably – economics, finance;
  • Experience in transactional business – from 1 year (banks, financial companies);
  • Sales experience in cryptocurrency/payment solutions/processing is essential;
  • Experience in the field of sales of payment solutions and customer support;
  • Professional user of Excel – formulas, summary tables, and graphs.

Responsibilities

💼

  • Search and processing of incoming B2B leads (warm / hot leads);
  • Active outbound: LinkedIn, email, messengers;
  • Conducting presentations and product demos;
  • Preparing and supporting commercial proposals;
  • Managing deals until closing and client onboarding;
  • Interaction with legal, compliance and tech teams;
  • Maintaining CRM and reporting on results.
