We expect

🎯 

  • 1–3 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Monitoring Engineer role;
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or similar);
  • Solid understanding of Linux system administration and troubleshooting;
  • Experience with GitLab CI or similar CI/CD pipelines;
  • Familiarity with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases;
  • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.

Nice to have

  • Experience with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing tools like Grafana Tempo or Jaeger;
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform);
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.);
  • Experience working in production environments and incident response processes.

  • Collaborate with R&D engineers on coordination, communication, and execution of production-related operations;
  • Develop and deploy monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and mitigate operational issues;
  • Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize system performance and resource utilization for improved user experience;
  • Automate repetitive tasks and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency;
  • Incident response and resolution, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews;
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to enhance our infrastructure and operations;
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
