We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the technology team and help build innovative solutions that power our real estate investment platform. The ideal candidate will leverage both frontend and backend expertise to create seamless, efficient applications that support our data-driven decision-making process.

The project is a data-driven real estate investment firm specializing in last-mile industrial properties across the United States. Our tech-forward approach combines data analytics with real estate expertise to identify and acquire high-potential industrial assets.

🎯 

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong expertise in React.js ecosystem and Typescript
  • Proficient in Node.js for backend development

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
  • Build and optimize relational database schemas and queries.
  • Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces for internal tools and client-facing applications.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Lead technical planning and architecture decisions for new features and systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and data scientists to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

  • You will be involved into implementing performance test practices;
  • Develop manual test cases, if needed, that will serve as the basis for automated tests, ensuring comprehensive test coverage of all product aspects;
  • Identify potential risks and dependencies in the testing process and work proactively to mitigate them;
  • You will provide updates to effort estimates and status of assigned tasks;
  • You will participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project issues.
