We’re seeking an Executive CMO/VP of Marketing for our client, a Los Angeles-based talent agency that partners with unique, driven talent, helping them reach new heights and realize their dreams. The company places a strong emphasis on individual development and provides comprehensive support to help talent maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
More than just an agency, they’re building a future-ready ecosystem of services and monetization tools, developed as independent projects based on the team’s extensive experience.

We need a Performance Content expert, not just a creative. You must know how to scale automated content uniqueization while maintaining the critical product metrics (CTR /Retention/engagement) that trigger viral distribution.

Mission:
Build, manage, and scale a resilient, high-volume organic lead-generation infrastructure that serves as the primary high-margin revenue driver for the company’s talent portfolio, ensuring total operational control over traffic velocity and asset security.

We expect

• 2-3+ years of experience as an Organic Growth Lead, Creative Lead, or Marketing Lead in the creator economy or digital media.
• An analytical mindset: understanding how to track and interpret key content performance metrics using tools like TikTok, Meta, Snap, and YouTube Analytics.
• Hands-on experience launching and scaling organic traffic through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snap, and Reddit.
• Experience in performance marketing to support organic results and initial growth.
• A deep understanding of the specifics of video distribution: algorithms, formats, platforms, policies, and trends.
• Experience building and managing creative teams.
• A portfolio with successful case studies: viral campaigns, scaled content strategies, subscriber growth, and increased views/revenue.
• Fluent in English, understanding of trends and pop culture in tier-1 countries.

• P&L Management & ROI Driving.
• Build a content generation and distribution pipeline from scratch (idea – creation – publication – analytics).
• Hire and manage a lean team: scriptwriters, creatives, video editors, SMM managers, posters, moderators, and designers.
• Identify and launch key growth channels (TikTok, Meta, Snap, YT, Reddit, X).
• Develop a creative “format bible” for various talents.
• Approve viral and safe content during pre- and post-production stages.
• A/B test creatives, optimizing retention strategies, and conversion funnels.
• Analyze and systematically improve distribution channels based on performance metrics.
• Generate and implement new ideas for organic growth, including launching new channels and formats.
