We are looking for a Legal Services Sales Manager to join our client, company with more than 5 years of experience in the Legal and consulting sector.

This role is for the proactive, sharp-minded Sales Manager / Business Developer who will drive our client acquisition and strategic growth in the commercial disputes and regulatory consulting sector.
This is not just a sales role — it’s a chance to co-develop tailored strategies, structure unique project offers, and deliver real impact for high-level clients facing business-critical challenges.

👨🏻‍💻  Industry: Strategic Advisory, Arbitration, Risk Consulting, Asset Recovery
🌎‍ Type of cooperation: Full-time, Remote / Eastern Europe region

We expect

🎯 

  • University degree in law, economics, international relations, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3+ years of successful experience in B2B sales or business development within
    the consulting sector, legal services, dispute resolution, or risk management. (multiple
    stakeholders, 3–6+ month timelines).
  • Proven track record in sales within legal services, dispute resolution, or risk management.
  • Ability to perform effectively under uncertainty, tight deadlines, and when engaging with
    high-level clients.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Advanced in English (written and spoken); working knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is an
    advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Highly self-driven, disciplined, and skilled in effective self-management.
  • Willingness to business travel.

Responsibilities

💼 

  • Systematic monitoring of the market and competitors to identify commercial opportunities and transform them into structured client proposals.
  • Building and developing a client base that includes corporate clients, law firms, banks, distressed businesses, and international organizations.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder deals (Legal, Finance, Operations, Founders) and manage complex sales cycles to close.
  • Engaging with mid- and senior-level executives to identify their key needs and translate them into concrete consulting solutions.
