We are looking for an HR Lead for our client — a product company with 10+ years in the video content market for E-Commerce. The company has about 60 employees. The main task is control over all aspects of practice and processes in the field of personnel management. The HR Lead is the go-to person for all employee-related matters, such as job development, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and talent management.

  • At least 6 years of working experience in HR in a software IT company.
  • 3 years of working experience in product IT company.
  • 3+ years as HR Lead/HRD.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, recruitment companies, and databases.

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
