Tech Lead (Go/React)
Hi all!
We are looking for a self-motivated Tech Lead (Go/React) for our client. The tech lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions for the company’s products, delivering real-time, low-latency capabilities for next-generation communications. As part of the Agile team, you’ll lead by example, mentor engineers, and drive innovation while remaining hands-on with coding and problem-solving.
The product telecommunications company is a transit provider of voice and SMS traffic, as well as several lines of business, so the company brings stable income, but at the same time it has not lost the lightness and flexibility of a startup.
The main product is the MessageWIzz SMS platform. The company’s clients are large international companies and corporations that use the SMS platform to develop and improve their own business.

Initial products focused on global voice connections, but they later expanded their product offering to include messaging, fax, and chat. We expect
- 2+ years of experience as Tech Lead;
- 4+ years of backend development experience;
- 4+ years with GoLang;
- 1+ years with React;
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript;
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis).
Nice to have
- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS);
- Knowledge of Scrum methodology;
- Experience with Node.js.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new features and projects;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and present demos;
- Investigate and resolve technical issues to improve stability;
- Mentor and onboard team members.

Vacation and sick leave:

What are the stages of selection:
- HR prescreen + English check (30 min);
- Technical interview (1 hour);
